Please type the manuscript in a 10 point font of your choosing. The document should be saved in word format. the first page should consist of the title, the author(s) and affiliations. The second page should start with the title and then proceed to the abstract without making any mention of the author(s) or affiliations. Use titles and subtitles that you feel best aid the reader in going through the paper. References should be clear enough to allow any reader to find the source for the material contained. If possible, move extensive charts and figures to the appendix and appropriately reference in the body of the paper. There is no one style that works for every type of paper, and we feel that some discretion should be allowed authors in formating their paper.
